Unfiltered. Unhealed; is a raw storytelling platform built on real life.

No perfect endings, no pretending the hard parts didn’t happen.

Unfiltered. Unhealed; centers on lived experiences of trauma, healing and everything in between. It’s about truth, reflection, and breaking generational cycles in real time. It’s as much about understanding the past as it is about changing what comes next. It’s a place where real people share real experiences and remind each other they're not alone. Because healing is rarely neat, rarely linear, and almost never happens in isolation.

Alongside the podcast, a nonfiction book series is in progress. While the books tell Jenn’s story, the podcast, community, and Etsy collections, turn it into something larger.

Book Series

Nonfiction series in progress. Jenn’s life story—raw, unfiltered, and through the eyes of CPTSD.

Jenn is the creator of Unfiltered. Unhealed; a nonfiction podcast and developing book series exploring the stories many people live through but rarely speak about. Living with Complex PTSD has left parts of her early history fragmented, leading her to rely on lifelong friends of over 20 years, to help piece together the years she survived but cannot fully recall. This collaborative remembering became a foundation of both her podcast and her writing.

Since the early 2000s, Jenn has experienced significant personal loss, including the deaths of numerous friends and the loss of her only sibling in 2020. His death marked a turning point, compelling her to begin documenting her story before more memories were lost.

Because healing doesn’t happen in silence.
It begins when the stories we were taught to hide are finally told.
